Yeah, you follow the track order using the stack order as you go. This is easy to miss reading the rules and keep remembering when playing. This is the only game I have of this guy but I read that this is a common feature in other of his games so those owners got it right on the first reading. That and it is better explained in those games?

It is a feature of both Macao and In the Year of the Dragon by Feld. Turn order always seems easy to remember in Macao. For In the Year of the Dragon, you play a card every turn that moves you on a turn order track so it is very much a part of the game I could not see how you could forget turn order.
