Wanted: Recipes for 'Hat'

I'm playing my first games of The Castles of Burgundy after a couple of years of huffing, puffing cynicism about the whole hexagonal/die-based proceedings.

I like it...quite a lot, actually.

Now I need some good recipes for 'chapeau'...
