Right now, I'd rather play:
- Santiago de Cuba for a quick, limited options, shipping goods euro
- Puerto Rico for a longer form shipping goods and building buildings for points euro
- San Juan(+expansion) for a really quick shipping goods and building buildings euro
- Agricola: All Creatures Big and Small for a quick, tight optimization game for two
- Alien Frontiers for a dice-manipulation game
- Dice Town for a dice-determine-what-you-get game
- Thurn and Taxis for a get-the-bonus-tile-first game
- Dominion for an exercise in paper-thin-theme game mechanisms

I'd recommend you give it a few plays. I'm not familiar with all of the other games you listed, and perhaps they offer a better experience for you and your wife for a particular type of game. One of the primary reasons we like Feld games in that they offer a variety of these on a smaller scale combined into a single game.
:meeple: Keep playing...
