Good question! I got this for Christmas and have played it twice. I rated it a 7 after first play, and after second play have dropped my rating to 6. Here's my thoughts on the game.

1. Not much interaction, except for swiping someone else's tile. Although this is a trade off, because taking a tile someone else needs means you didn't get something you needed. Besides this interaction, I really had very little idea of what my opponent was doing, and spent hardly any brain power worrying about it whatsoever. However, if you don't like interaction, then this might be a highlight for you. :p

2. I liked the simple actions. Roll dice, take a tile, place a tile, grab workers, ship goods, etc. Those actions were easy, intuitive and easy to teach and use. Highlight.

3. Building tile chaining; actual play. After two plays, this game is a "meh" for me. Seems like more of a mental exercise/puzzle to me. If you're into that type of thing, then this is a game for you. I generally like games where I am playing against other people, and not against "the game", so I didn't really find this that much fun.

Hope this helps!
